Ithaca Ventures is a global venture studio with operating entities in the United Kingdom and the United States. These terms govern your use of our content, products, and intellectual property in any form.
We operate through two affiliated companies. The entity you contract with is determined by the product or service you are using.
Ithaca Ventures Ltd (UK) is the sole contracting party for UK-localized products and services. Your agreement is with Ithaca Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Ithaca Venture Partners LLC is not a party to that agreement and bears no liability under it.
Ithaca Venture Partners LLC (US) is the sole contracting party for US-localized products and services. Your agreement is with Ithaca Venture Partners LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. Ithaca Ventures Ltd is not a party to that agreement and bears no liability under it.
Liability under these terms falls solely on the operating entity for the product or service you are using.
You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use them to transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
You are responsible for your own account, your own content, and for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
All software, design, written content, and brand assets produced by Ithaca Ventures remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Content you create using our services remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
Authors who submit work to Ithaca Ventures for publication retain ownership of their work. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish and distribute the work under agreed terms. Author identities are protected and will not be disclosed without explicit written consent.
Our services are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ithaca Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service at our discretion, including where these terms have been violated.
For products and services operated by Ithaca Ventures Ltd (UK), these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For products and services operated by Ithaca Venture Partners LLC (US), these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ithaca Venture Partners LLC is registered, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
