We operate through two affiliated companies. The entity responsible for your personal data is determined by the product or service you are using.
Ithaca Ventures Ltd (UK) is the sole operating party for UK-localized products and services. Personal data processed in connection with those products is controlled by Ithaca Ventures Ltd from London, United Kingdom. Ithaca Venture Partners LLC is not party to that processing.
Ithaca Venture Partners LLC (US) is the sole operating party for US-localized products and services. Personal data processed in connection with those products is controlled by Ithaca Venture Partners LLC from the United States. Ithaca Ventures Ltd is not party to that processing.
Each product's privacy notice identifies the operating entity it falls under. Where a notice is silent, the operating entity is determined by the jurisdiction in which the product is offered to you.
Across our services we collect the minimum necessary to make them work. This may include an account identifier, display name, and contact metadata where relevant to the service. We do not collect content unless you explicitly submit it to us.
